Some decks just need boards and a railing replaced. Others are soft at the posts and need to come down. We check the framing and the footings, not only the top boards, and tell you which kind of job you have.
For a new deck we’ll talk through size, where the steps land and how you’ll use it, then put the price in writing before we start.

Can you just replace the boards on my deck?
Often, yes. If the framing underneath is still solid, new decking and railings can give you years more out of it. We check before we price it.

Both have their place. Ask us when we come out and we’ll go over the cost and upkeep of each for your deck.
When is the best time to build a deck?
Spring through fall is busiest. If you want a deck by summer, call early so we can get you on the schedule.
